Reservation Information
Official Visitor Reservations:those traveling on official travel orders may make reservations 90 days in advance of arrival. Travel Orders need to be presented upon arrival.
Unofficial Visitor Reservations:those traveling at their leisure may make reservations 7 days in advance of arrival for (Friday, Saturday and Sunday only). Extensions may be done on a day-by-day basis.
Late Arrivals:All non-guaranteed reservations (those without credit card) will be released at 1800. Should you guarantee your booking, failure to call and cancel/adjust prior to 1800 on date of arrival may result in no-show or cancellation charges.
Payments:cash, personal check, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card and Military Star Card. All hotel bills must be brought to a 0 balance on the 1st and 15th of each month. For Military Members PCSing into our community, we require a TLA Authorization form 3 days after arrival. For Military Members PCSing out of our community, we require a TLA Authorization form upon arrival. Authorization Form is obtained through the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden Housing Office.
Pets are welcome
The American Arms Hotel offers 179 guest rooms and suites including 49 pet rooms, (be sure to request a Pet Room should your travels include the family cat or dog). There is a one time, non-reimbursable deep cleaning charge accessed with pet room reservations. Deep Cleaning charges are determined by the base room rate, in the amount of $80 or $50, whichever applies. There is a daily pet service charge of $3.00. U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden allows a maximum of two (2) pets per suite room and or two (2) pets per adjoining set of rooms. Should we be unable to accommodate your pet(s) we offer a listing of local kennels.

- Verification of Orders is required for all Official Travelers.
- Arrival and departure of overnight guests must be reported to the Reception Desk.

Directions to the American Arms Hotel & Conference Center from Autobahns 3 & 5
- Connect to Autobahn 66
- Take Wiesbaden Erbenheim exit from Autobahn 66. (This will be B455)
- Stay straight on B455. (Do not take the second Erbenheim exit)
- Coming into Wiesbaden, you will come to an underpass. Stay in the right lane following signs to STADTMITTE and St. Josefs Hospital.
- As you come out of the underpass, you will be on Frankfurter Strasse. Go through one traffic light. As you start down the hill, City Bowling will be on the right side and the American Arms Hotel on the left. The entrance to the parking lot is immediately after the yellow phone booth.
- If you come to the second traffic light you have gone about 50 meters too far.
